Beans & Rice with Fried Coulirou (Fried Jacks: which is a type of fish)
(This fish is caught only at a certain time of the year and it takes several fishman working together to draw the fish in the nets and then they build a corral in the water to keep the fish. I was told that this is the first time in three years that these fish have been caught. To find the fish, the fisherman go out to sea and dive under water to spot the schools of fish. It is a "hit & miss" type of thing. Most people here eat the eye-balls and heads but I chose to bypass the head altogether!)
