Finally Back On A Routine!

Silas Boone was born on Jan 6th and it has been 9 years since we have had a baby in our house! He is definitely more vocal than our other three ever were! We have been blessed to have a place to stay here in Ft. Myers, Florida and we have thoroughly enjoyed having a "home" that doesn't travel down the road or blow from side to side in a strong wind. Our motor home is up for sale and we hope someone will buy it soon. We are currently in a two-bedroom duplex that we rented from some dear folks in our church. Don't worry about us though, a two-bedroom for a family of six is a mansion compared to the motor home we lived in for 2 1/2 years!

Our meetings kicked back into gear on January 16th-17th with a Mission's Conference in Ocala, FL. That was our first meeting with a newborn. We stayed with a dear church family in their home and they were very gracious to us as Silas decided to cry all night long. Then our next meetings were last weekend on Jan 25th. We were with a dear friend Pastor Tom Odom of First Baptist Church of Broward County in Hollywood, FL for Sunday AM services and with Pastor Larry Hobbs of Victory Baptist Church in Homestead, FL for the PM services. We had such a wonderful time at both churches and are excited about the future of both of these young churches. Victory Baptist by faith took us on as their first Missionary family. Thank you Victory Baptist church! This weekend (Feb 1) takes us to Orlando, FL where we will be with Pastor Larry Branham of Monterey Baptist Church. We are looking forward to a wonderful time with God's people!

I apologize for the amount of time since we have updated our website. We are still trying to get used to a new baby and getting past the Christmas season. We look forward to the next couple of months of meetings and are excited about Language school just around the corner!

Silas Boone Gimenez is Here!

On January 6, 2009 Silas Boone Gimenez Entered the World! He is 8 pounds and 13 ounces and 21 inches long. Momma and Baby are doing well, Praise the Lord! We're still getting used to baby life again. It's amazing how much you forget after 9 years. The children are adjusting well and we're so glad our baby is here.

We'll post more pictures soon!
