Firstly:
We want to thank our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Many of you have prayed for one of our missionaries Mrs. Connie Anderson. Here is the latest update from her:
I finally have communication again and am so thankful for that. We are safe and doing okay. Still feeling strong tremors which usually come at night. Had the house checked and we were able to move back in but my what a mess. Had the kids still stay under the porch for 1 more day so we could get the glass and everything off of the floor. "Things" really are nothing when we consider how much the Lord has been with us and we are all safe and have a home to come to. The downtown church is gone, but so is the city of TiGoave. All of the old downtown buildings have fallen. Frank's and Zizi's homes are fine, but they are still outside. Frank's are in a tent and just praising the Lord that they are safe and together. They have been having services every night out on LaHatte and Zizi called this morning and over the weekend there were over 100 people who came to know Christ as their Savior. That is exciting to see how the Lord is working in hearts. I just wanted to let you know we are fine and thank you so much for your prayers. God Bless and Love, Connie
Over 100 souls came to know Christ in this time of great trial for Haiti......Praise the Lord!
Secondly:
Sunday went very well. Kami gave her testimony in French, our family sang in French, and I was able to teach the Sunday School all in French. I have to admit, it was not easy but praise the Lord it was the first step to completing our language school.
Madame Clair, our language professor came to hear us. She was vital in helping us to prepare our French. I think she was more nervous than we were! We praise the Lord for her faithfulness and hard work!
